When processing a reservation (in office, on the telephone or online);

Name and surname ;
Telephone number ;

Date of birth ;
Company / Organisation (in case of making an invoice)
Your card details – card number and CVV code (in case you make a prepayment online)
Other personal data you may enter in the “Comment” section in our online reservation system

We collect personal data, which helps us provide the best and personalized service. We collect data needed in obligation by Bulgarian laws. Your personal data can be stored and used for the following purposes :

To book a vehicle – in office, on the phone or online
To provide car rental service
То process transactions made when renting a vehicle
To provide information to state institutions in specific cases

Your consent to process your personal data in connection with the reservation of a car.

For how long do we keep your personal data ?

In case your reservation does not get confirmed “Interspace Group” Ltd deletes all data collected during your reservation.

After reservation confirmation and making a contract

When making a contract you would need to provide

Valid driving license
Card details used for authorizing a security deposit (card number and CVV code)

In the car rental contact the following personal data will be listed

Name and Surname
Date of birth or national identification number
Passport / ID card number
Driving license number and date of expiry
Telephone number
Email address
Card details used for authorizing a security deposit (card number and CVV code)

When signing the car rental contract, the lessee agrees that the provided personal data used when signing the contract, can be used to seek criminal or civil liability.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 4 years 6 months, as required by Article 82, paragraph 4 of the Administrative Violations and Penalties Act and Art. 80 and 81 of the Penal Code, in conjunction with Art. 189 of the Road Traffic Act. Upon expiry of this statutory deadline, data stored electronically will be erased and the data stored on paper will be destroyed.
